Welcome to Luxflow Glow. By accessing this website, booking a session, purchasing tickets, or participating in any virtual or in-person experience offered by Luxflow Glow (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services Provided
Luxflow Glow offers wellness experiences including, but not limited to:
Reiki sessions
Sound healing and sound bath experiences
Meditation and relaxation experiences
Virtual wellness sessions
In-person wellness events and gatherings
Workshops, classes, and wellness-related offerings
All services are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, mindfulness, and general wellness purposes only.
2. Complementary Wellness Disclaimer
Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and energy-based practices are considered complementary wellness modalities.
These services are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Participation should not replace professional medical advice, psychiatric care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
By participating in any Luxflow Glow service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are voluntarily participating in wellness activities.
Results may vary from person to person.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or benefits.
You are responsible for consulting your physician or healthcare provider regarding any physical or mental health concerns.
If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, heart conditions, sound sensitivities, implanted medical devices, or any other medical concerns, you agree to consult your physician prior to participation.
If at any time during a session or event you feel discomfort, dizziness, emotional distress, or physical pain, you agree to notify the practitioner immediately and discontinue participation if necessary.
3. Assumption of Risk
By booking or participating in any Luxflow Glow experience, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:
Emotional release or emotional discomfort
Physical reactions to sound frequencies or meditation
Fatigue, dizziness, relaxation-related sensations, or emotional shifts
Allergic reactions or sensitivities at event venues
Risks associated with travel to and from in-person events
You acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary and done at your own discretion.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxflow Glow, its owner Lea Ladera, practitioners, employees, affiliates, contractors, event hosts, venues, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, physical, or financial damages arising from:
Participation in any session, event, or service
Reliance on information provided through the website or sessions
Physical or emotional responses resulting from participation
Technical issues during virtual sessions
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at events
Participation is at your own risk.
5. Booking Policy
All appointments, workshops, classes, and events must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking channels.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully received.
Luxflow Glow reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, reschedule sessions, or deny participation at its sole discretion for safety, wellness, operational, or conduct-related reasons.
6. Payment Policy
Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
By purchasing a service, event ticket, or session, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Luxflow Glow to process payment using your selected payment method.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
7. No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final.
Luxflow Glow maintains a strict no refunds, no exchanges, and no chargebacks policy on all:
Virtual sessions
In-person sessions
Workshops
Event tickets
Packages
Memberships
Digital products
Gift certificates
This policy applies regardless of scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, travel issues, missed appointments, or changes of mind.
8. 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Client Cancellations
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours written notice to reschedule a booked session or event reservation.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be considered forfeited.
Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Company Cancellations
Luxflow Glow reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions, practitioners, workshops, or events due to illness, emergencies, weather conditions, venue issues, insufficient attendance, or unforeseen circumstances.
If Luxflow Glow cancels a service, clients may receive either:
A rescheduled appointment, or
Credit toward a future service or event
No additional compensation or liability shall apply.
9. Virtual Sessions
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:
Stable internet access
A quiet and safe environment
Appropriate technology to attend virtual sessions
Luxflow Glow is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet failures, device issues, software incompatibility, or third-party platforms.
10. Photography & Media Release
By attending a Luxflow Glow event, workshop, or session, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, testimonials, or recordings may be captured for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
You grant Luxflow Glow the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, testimonial, or participation in marketing materials, social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional content without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must notify Luxflow Glow in writing prior to the event.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, written materials, session concepts, meditations, recordings, and digital content are the intellectual property of Luxflow Glow and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.
12. Client Conduct
Clients and attendees agree to behave respectfully toward practitioners, guests, venues, and staff.
Luxflow Glow reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to anyone engaging in:
Harassment
Disruptive behavior
Discrimination
Unsafe conduct
Intoxication or illegal substance use
Inappropriate or abusive language
No refunds will be issued in these situations.
13. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website or booking systems will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for operational, communication, wellness, and marketing purposes.
We do not guarantee absolute security of online transmissions or stored data.
14. Third-Party Platforms
Luxflow Glow may use third-party services including payment processors, scheduling tools, video conferencing platforms, ticketing systems, and social media platforms.
We are not responsible for interruptions, security breaches, outages, or errors caused by third-party providers.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey.
16. Modifications
Luxflow Glow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
