ABOUT LEA

In a city that never exhales, I became fluent in the language of fast pace, of deadlines, pitch decks, and perpetual motion. But somewhere between the noise and the neon, I began to crave something quieter. Something deeper. A return.

By day, I am a Creative Director, based in New York City, shaping stories and experiences in the world of advertising. By heart, I help guide people back to themselves through stillness, energy, sound frequency, and presence.

I’m a trauma-informed certified Level III Reiki Master and Sound Bath Specialist. I created Luxflow Glow™ for those who are seeking calm in their lives. Those who are grieving, or feeling blue. For the caregivers and go-getters. For those who live in the in-between: the visionaries, the builders, the ones who carry ambition in one hand and longing in the other. All the ones who give so much of themselves to the world, they sometimes forget how to receive.

I created Luxflow Glow™ experiences to help people find their way back to joy and rediscover the wonder that has always lived within them.

MY WORK

Through sensorial sound baths, I offer more than relaxation. I create a sacred space. Space to soften. To reconnect to yourself and with others. To feel less alone. Each experience is an invitation into deeper alignment, where sound becomes a bridge and presence becomes medicine.

Because I believe healing doesn’t have to be solitary. It can be shared. It can be felt together.

And in that shared stillness, we begin to remember: a more beautiful world isn’t something we chase, it’s something we collectively create, one breath, one vibration, one sound bath at a time.

People come to me for Reiki and sound healing during seasons of grief, stress, anxiety, physical tension, recovery after cancer treatment, and other life transitions, seeking a space for deep rest, relaxation, and renewal. Each experience is personalized to meet them where they are.

Currently, I offer services online and through pop-up experiences in New York and Dallas. More locations to come as I grow.
